Victoria Ardines

LCMHC-A, NCC

Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here. I believe healing happens in spaces where you can slow down, take a breath, and show up as your full self—without judgment or pressure. I offer a supportive, grounded environment where we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you, how your experiences have shaped you, and what it means to reconnect with your authentic self. I work with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and bicultural individuals, LGBTQIA2+ clients, Spanish-speaking communities, and those navigating chronic illness, disability, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach is collaborative and deeply rooted in connection. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you build awareness, self-trust, and a stronger connection between your mind and body. Together, we’ll create space to unpack heavy emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you. I’m here for the hard days, the quiet processing, and the moments of growth—holding space with care, honesty, and compassion every step of the way.

Let’s take the first step toward healing.
