Shanta Ogwe
LMFT-A
Hello and welcome! I am dedicated to helping couples, families, and individuals build stronger, more connected relationships. Whether you're feeling emotionally distant from your partner, overwhelmed by family conflict, or working through past relational wounds on your own, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
In therapy, we’ll work together to gently explore the patterns that may be creating distance, tension, or overwhelm in your relationships—whether as a couple, a family, or as an individual working through relational challenges. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where partners can reconnect, families can improve communication and understanding, and individuals can heal and grow on their own terms. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you strengthen your connections, navigate difficult moments with care, and build the kind of relationships that feel safe, supportive, and fulfilling.
If you’re ready to start couples therapy, family therapy, or individual therapy to address relationship or family issues, I’d be honored to support you.
Let’s take the first step toward healing.
