When life feels complicated, you need more than support—you need a clear way forward.

If you’ve been carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, or through life circumstances—you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a space where things begin to make sense and change starts to feel possible.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and high-stress life experiences. Many of my clients are managing complex situations—whether that’s past trauma, involvement with systems like probation or court mandates, or feeling stuck in patterns they haven’t been able to break.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing while also working toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we focus on building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Tailored Therapeutic Techniques and Specialties

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I use a range of evidence-based approaches to support your growth and healing. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and high-stress life situations, including those managing substance use or system involvement.

My work is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and move forward with practical tools. I also incorporate psychoeducation and a strengths-based approach to help you better understand your experiences and recognize the resilience you already carry. Together, we’ll focus on setting meaningful, realistic goals that support lasting change.
