If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be the space where things begin to shift.
I work with adults, couples and families who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, and who are ready to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Many of my clients come in feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward—and together, we begin to create clarity, direction, and meaningful change.
My approach is grounded, supportive, and intentional. I create a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing while also working toward real growth. I believe in helping clients not only process their experiences, but also develop the awareness, skills, and confidence needed to move forward in a different way.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. We’ll take it one step at a time—together.
