LCSW-A, CHC
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can truly let your hair down, be yourself, and begin making sense of what's been weighing on you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, trauma, depression, grief, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, we'll work together to help you find relief, build resilience, and reconnect with the version of yourself that's been there all along.
With 13 years of experience in the helping profession, I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. I also incorporate holistic and parts-work approaches when appropriate, creating a treatment experience that's tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
As a Certified Health Coach, I believe emotional wellness is deeply connected to caring for the whole person. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate mindfulness, meditation, stress-reduction techniques, and other practical tools that support lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also welcome faith and spirituality as meaningful parts of the healing journey.
Every person's story is different, and your path to healing should be too. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered to move toward a life that feels more peaceful, more connected, and more authentically yours.
