If anxiety feels constant, communication keeps breaking down, or past experiences are still shaping your day-to-day life, therapy can help you regain clarity and control. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges who want more than just temporary relief. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a calm, structured space where we slow things down, identify what’s driving these challenges, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we improve communication, build confidence, and take meaningful, realistic steps toward healthier relationships and lasting emotional balance.
Therapy is not a "one size fits all". Therefore, I specifically tailor treatment to the unique needs and specific concerns of my clients. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and structured, allowing clients to feel supported while also making meaningful progress. I intentionally provide therapy that is reverent and affirming to clients' culture, identity, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and uniqueness.
